Our Approach

Our Approach

In our cumulative years of practice, there are several pearls we have gleaned that have shaped our approach.

1.  Integration of services–we recognize there is a synergy of effect when addressing structural, nutritional, emotional and environmental factors which can impede healing.

2.  Recognize and treat barriers to healing–emotional and physical scars, structural alignment issues, adhesions, maladaptive thinking.

3.  Give the body the raw materials it needs to heal:  proper nutrition, dietary supplements to meet deficiencies, proper sleep and exercise, meditation and neuroemotional exercises.

4.  Detoxify the toxins that weaken the body:  mycotoxins (molds), lyme and other microbes like parasites/viruses/bacteria/yeast, toxic metals, chemicals.

5.  Develop an advocate with your provider(s) to help you navigate your health journey.  Longitudinal care is important in managing disease as well as promoting wellness.
